We’re a UK-based brand, designed for everyday wear and built with durability in mind. 


2. Are the lenses UV protected?

Yes. Every pair of Ferro sunglasses includes UV400 protection, blocking 100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays.


3. Are the lenses polarised?

Some styles feature polarised lenses to reduce glare and improve clarity. You can find this detail listed on each product page. 


4. What materials are the frames made from?

Our frames are made from lightweight yet strong materials such as TR90 composite or acetate, depending on the model. Each pair is designed for comfort, flexibility, and long-term use.


5. How do I know which frame suits me best?

We recommend checking the product photos and sizing details on each page. For a universal fit, most Ferro sunglasses are medium-width and designed to suit a wide range of face shapes. We also have virtual try on available. 


6. How do I care for my sunglasses?

Use the microfibre pouch provided to clean your lenses and store them safely. Avoid placing them face down or exposing them to extreme heat.


7. What is your return policy?

If your sunglasses don’t feel right or you change your mind, you can return them within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.


8. How long does delivery take?

UK orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days.

International shipping times vary depending on location but typically take 7–14 working days.


9. Do you offer returns?

Yes, UK customers can return their sunglasses within 14 days. Just contact our support team at customercare@ferroeyewear.com to notify us. Please note we do not cover postage cost. 


10. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to most countries in Europe, North America, and Australia. Shipping costs and times are shown at checkout.


11. My sunglasses arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re sorry about that. Contact us at customercare@ferroeyewear.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll replace them immediately.
